Below are the news events from 2003 for all our Mower historians out there.

12.04.03 - Happy Holidays and here's the latest: Watch the 'Shows' page for tour dates with the KottonMouth Kings in January. Our Jagermeister sponsorship is keeping the band flying high and providing great gear to you. Do a Jager shot the next time you're out. The Rolling Blackout Tour with Mix Mob and D*Frost was a blast. Thanks to everyone involved.

Mower is going to throw some tracks at the radio in January to see if we can get any to stick. If you want to help hear Mower on the air waves, call or email these stations: Rock 105.3 (619-570-1053) - FM 94.9 (619-570-1949) - 91X (619-570-191x)

Check out the Media page for the 'Wrestle with the Pig' video on the interview for Japanese television. Mower's album drops in Japan in March 04.

09.15.03 - The next few months will be busy as the Mower CD finally drops in stores on Tuesday, October 21st. Complete with ten tracks and some funny sh*t in between. Mower's debut CD will be available here at mowermusic.com, suburbannoizerecords.com, the Wherehouse Music, Tower Records and at local music stores.

Mower's new guitarist is Mark Bravo who comes to the band with a great hardcore background and got it all together quick learning the entire album and pulling off a west coast tour in his first few weeks with the band. On top of that he's a cool person. Welcome Mark!

SOULFLY! - Mower has the privilege of playing three more shows with Soulfly (see Tour page). Mower's first time playing with Soulfly in New York was one of their favorite shows.

Check the tour page in the next few days for tour dates with Mix Mob that will cover the West Coast and parts of the Mid-West.

Check out Mower's review in Skinnie Magazine. This interview took place right after the show at The Gotham in San Bernardino last August 22nd, 2003. Mower's review is on page 32 (www.skinniezine.com)

07.6.03 - Well, I hate to say this, but this will be last update for a while. Why you axe? Well, in case you haven't heard, Mower is in the midst of a nationwide search for a Gee-Tar player with the skillz to pay tha billz, gnomesayin? So if you're reading this and know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you're the man (or woman) for the position, then put down that bong and contact us. If you don't live in San Diego you better up and move your lanky ass to us, because we ain't coming to you! You better have the ability to leave on tour at the drop of a hat and not give two pieces of steaming monkey-crap what your boss at 7-11 says. Hell, you join us, your only job will be schlepping your equipment around, from city to city, state to state smelling noxious fumes (and I ain't talking about just from the van either, numb-nuts). But  seriously folks, if you're interested, contact us and we'll set up a meeting. Please don't waste your time by wasting ours if you're not ABSOLUTELY 100% serious. Have a nice day.

06.29.03 - Ok. We're still waiting for the ink to dry to say who we'll be touring with in July. Now, I can't say the name of the band but it's 3 words and they're on MCA. As a result of this, there is the possibility of us not playing at the Sik World Model Search on July 11th at The Brick. I've seen the July dates of this mystery band (cue creepy music or anything by Phil Collins) and if we do jump on that tour, we'll be in Kentucky around that time. So, if you wanna know the latest, check our forum page under, The Latest Mower News section, for well, the latest news.

Have ya heard?.....Looks like the boys will be heading out with the Kottonmouth Kings in June.....a show's been added for the 17th at SOMA in San Diego with Stone Sour.....Are you on our mailing list yet? Then jump over to the contact page and send us a message saying you want to be hooked up.....How would you like Mower to stay at your place & feed them hot dogs and beans while they're out on the road? If this sounds like your kinda fun, then we need you! When Mower goes out with KMK in June, closely examine the tour dates and see what town you can help out in. Then send us a message saying, "My door is open for you mealy-mouthed bastards", or something to that effect. They promised not to pee in your bed. Well, not pee, anyway.....Brian is working on the artwork right now for the CD and it will blow away anything that Slipknot or Tool has EVER designed. Just kidding

05.04.03 - The reason why the show were cancelled then rescheduled, is because one of the guys in Twiztid was ill and I'm not talking in a good way either. Everything is ok now, the shows are now rescheduled for June.....The boys will be bringing along some new styles in shirts.....props to Derek Plank and Classic Tattoo

04.20.03 - Happy Easter to everyone even though I have news that will make some very unhappy. Mower is no longer playing the following Twiztid tour stop cities: Grand Rapids MI., Clinton IA., Sauget IL. and Lawrence KS. Why you ask? I'm not 100%, so I don't want to speculate but the bottom line is that MOWER WILL NOT BE AT THESE SHOWS. We apologize to those that bought tickets with the specific intent on seeing us. This matter is out of our hands and we were looking forward to going to the cities that we are now no longer playing.....We are back on the bill for Apr. 27th at The Whisky in Hollywood.....The Cajun House and Rialto Theatre shows have been cancelled.....Let me clear things up a bit when it comes to our merch link. You don't need a credit card in order to buy something from Sik World. You can send in a money order or check to purchase something, as well. Just go through the normal process on the site as if you're buying something and when you get to the check out page you will be given the option of paying by credit card OR option 2 which is an offline payment. That's where the check or money order thing comes in. You can also request to buy a CD by sending an e-mail to Sik World, too.....There's a Twiztid/Mower show happening in Nashville, TN. on June 1st that I neglected to put on the tour page.

04.12.03 - A San Diego show was just added.....Taxgirl has hooked us up with flyers, yes she has. Go to the tour page, hit that link and print away.

Also, it is possible that Mower WILL NOT be at The Boardwalk on the 12th, as well. Please check our FORUM section under 'General Discussion" for the final word on this matter. I will post the info there as soon as I get it.....The day has finally arrived when you and your grandma can now buy Mower shirts online. Just click on MERCH to your left and you will be whisked away to the evil (but honest and hard-working) land of Sik World. They'll be selling our CD's soon too.

02.08.03 - Thanks to everyone that came out to the 'Canes show last night. All the bands (Stretcher, Phunk Junkeez and Mix Mob) tore it up and if you weren't there, you missed some fun midget tossing, as well. Tax Man was out on bail (from what I heard) and decided to sit in with us while we performed. He helped me on my 1040 EZ form after the show....Everyone keeps axing us, "When is the CD gonna hit the streets and is it true that you'll be performing on the Oprah Winfrey show in April"? We'll according to SRH, the CD will be out in the spring. As far as the Oprah thing, she can ask all she wants, but we're holding out for a spot during half-time at the next Super Bowl.....We've been recording new songs lately.....Our Valentine's Day show is happening at Bash On Ash, not The Cajun House, as previously reported.....If you can't find the "Spaded, Jaded and Faded" CD anywhere, which has "Wrestle With The Pig" on it, get it at SRH.....if you have any photos of the band (nudes excluded), send them and we'll put them in our pictures gallery.....If you want a quick over-view of our upcoming U.S. tour with Twiztid, click here....That's all, folks.

Juggalos, get yer hatchets ready......Head over to tour dates for where we'll be to celebrate the release of SRH's "Spaded, Jaded and Faded" CD featuring all of your favorite artists (we're on there too, by the way).....If you're not on our mailing list, then get over to the contact page to take care of business (but if you've e-mailed us in the past, you're already on it).....Are you able to listen to MP3's? Then click the MP3 link to your left to hear the Olsen Twin's favorite song, "Wrestle With The Pig".....Can't wait for us to come to your town to buy fine, hand-crafted Mower merchandise made here in the good 'ol U.S. of A.? Well, as I type this drivel, there is a group of dedicated men and women, working day and night, to set it up so you, our fans, can order CD's and T-shirts on this very site, safely and securely.....Many of you have e-mailed us axing for lyrics to our songs. Well, stop with the death threats because they'll be up shortly..... Finally, despite popular belief, there is no pepper in Dr. Pepper, you need to add it separately.

01.05.03 - The site is back in our control.....since you've been gone and we've been down, here's what you may have missed: We replaced Mix Mob on tour with the Kottonmouth Kings in mid-November.....We won the opportunity to perform with Disturbed, Papa Roach and TapRoot in our hometown @ Cox Arena. Tax Man and Pakelika from KMK joined in on the mayhem. Special thanks to EVERYONE that voted for us.....Mower is now managed by Kevin Zinger (C.E.O. of Anti-Hero Mgmt., SRH Clothing and Suburban Noize Records). Kevin also manages KMK and Mix Mob......Mower recently had the pleasure (?) of playing at the San Diego Sports Arena--------in the basement. Best damn basement we ever played. Suntower and Divided By Zero tore it up as well.
